Look great, feel good and sturdy but haven’t fitted them yet

Excellent product and great delivery service

Prompt response to queries re replacement bulbs for light fittings purchased from them Litecraft a few years ago. Ordered online and received the next day.
Very happy with the service.

Ordered 2 items. 1 came next day. 2nd item not arrived by day4 so sent email. No response. Sent 2nd email day7. No response. Phoned helpline day 9. A brusque woman informed me that my item was out for delivery the next day , ( as if I should have known this , and why was I bothering her ). No email information and no apologies.
Product seems to be of a good quality, and I may have just been unlucky with delivery experience. I would order again.

Easy to navigate the website and the lights arrived well packed and on time. We have not had them installed yet, hopefully they will look as good on the ceiling as they do in the pack.

Not had a chance to use the lamps as the G9 led bulbs we purchased were too long and we are not able to fit them. We have now ordered the shorter version. You do recommend G9 bulbs but at an extortionate price of £18 for 3. It would have been useful to highlight that these lamps need the shorter G9 led bulbs. We are pleased with the look and quality of the lamps and looking forward to using them.

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and whilst the product is not up yet, they are just what I wanted. To blend seamlessly into the fabric of the room, without making any statement.

It is a good online catalogue giving comprehensive information about the products. Quick delivery. The light is now fitted and gives very good lighting.

My item came with the wrong connectors/plug. I visited a local branch to be told they couldn’t help me. I then telephone customer services who told me to send an email. I’m still waiting on a response.

I was at fault with my delivery address and communication to resolve issue was perfect .Today item arrived and is looking good to replace light that is not working
